Creative IT, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland, is the data controller for this website and the CertifyPilot account data, and a data processor for the records our customers store in their workspaces. Contact: [email protected].
To provide the Service under our contract with you; to keep the Service secure (legitimate interest); to reply to enquiries (legitimate interest); and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Data is hosted in the European Union with encrypted nightly backups. Transactional email is sent from our own infrastructure. We use Cloudflare for network security.
Account data for the life of the account plus 90 days. Customer records until the customer deletes them or the workspace is closed. Sign-in logs for 12 months. Demo requests for 12 months.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). Email us to exercise any of them.
For customer records we act as processor: we process only on documented instructions, keep staff under confidentiality, apply the technical and organisational measures described on this site, assist with data-subject requests, delete or return data at the end of the contract, and make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance. Sub-processors: our hosting provider (EU) and Cloudflare (network). We will notify customers of personal-data breaches without undue delay.
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a CSRF token. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
